Quick dinner...Chips and mackerel sauce

Now this is a very quick and easy dinner to prepare. Potatoes and i don't really get along except its fried or mashed!!! Yes! I don't really enjoy it any other way. I like mackerel because its helps hair growth, its an oily fish and its secretions have been known to help increase the rate of hair growth.  So I had gotten back home after a very long day and I had decided to fix a quick one and this came up.

Ingredients.

1. Potatoes or already sliced chips (raw)

2. Mackerel in tomato sauce preferably tin

3. Salt

4. Pepper.

5. Onions

6. Green vegetables.

Method.

1. Peel wash and slice your potatoes. If they are already sliced then wash them and salt them.

2. Put oil in pan to heat at tolerate temperature for 5mins.

3. Chop onion and green vegetables. Open tinned fish and pour into a bowl.

4. Start frying the potatoes as you simultaneously stir fry the onions and green vegetables.

5.  When the contents are fried then add the fish in tomato sauce into the pot.

6. Add salt and pepper and leave to boil for 5mins.

7. Serve with a cold drink.
