Meal of the week....Peppered scrambled eggs

This is one of the easiest things to prepare. I like pepper a lot so I decided to use more of it instead of fresh milk which I use normally use hence my pepperd scrambled eggs not creamy scrambled eggs.

Ingredients.

1. 4-5 eggs

2. 1 onion chopped.

3. Fresh chilli

4. 1 tomatoe sliced

5. Spices

6. Glass of milk.. (Optional)

7. Curry powder.

8. Salt to taste.

Method. 

1. Break the eggs in a bowl. Add little salt and spice and whisk vigorously.

2. Add the pepper and curry powder and mix well too

3. Get a frying pan and pour out little oil. Leave it to heat up for a while.

4. Stir the tomatoes, onions, chilli and vegetables! 

5. Then after stir frying pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and mix well.

6. Serve with any snack of your choice.

When I came across this picture for the first time, I had a stirring in my heart. It was like a thunder bolt had just hit me. It reminded me of how we as Christians must go through so many trials and persecutions (that our faith may be tried). 

2 Timothy 3:16  tells us that yes all those who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.  Its time for us to stop complaining about the tough times we are passing through, we must start seeing the persecutions, trials, battles and challenges as the darkness surrounding us and envision ourselves as the stars. Remember the beatitudes? Blessed are you when men shall revile against you and "persecute" you for my sake!! (Mathew 5:11-12) Jesus Christ says you are blessed!!!!!

If you have ever gazed up into the sky on a night when you can see so many stars you wont fail to notice how breathtaking it is to see the stars shine so brightly in the midst of the darkness. That's how we are brethren, in the midst of all our trials! We need the darkness so that our Lights can shine brightly for all to see! Glory to God!

We are living in evil days....Beloved, walk closely with The Lord.

I look all around me and all I see is so much evil. Truly we can see the events that Jesus spoke about in Matthew 24 coming to pass now. Everywhere you go, you hear and see things that point to His second coming. The close of this age is very near and as Christians we should be conscious of the times we are in. We shouldn't be so carried away with our daily schedules that we forget the warnings issued by Our Lord. Remain sensitive!

Happy Women's Day!!!

Its International women's day today and I am so grateful to God for creating me as a woman and I am not just saying that, I mean it!!!! I have no regrets whatsoever. God is a perfect God and He had good reasons for creating women. The bible tells us that God said that it was not good for man to be alone? This shows us that woman was created to be a companion and a helper. Then he blessed them too and told them to be fruitful and multiply... This tells us the role of the woman in the family.. We can go on and on with references in the bible where the role of women is elaborated.

The bible tells us of women like Deborah who God used to lead the children of isreal on to victory in the war against Siseria (judges 4). This story tells us that God can use women. We also see Esther, the young Jewish queen of Persia who God used to deliver His people from the wicked plans of Haman. (Read the book of esther for her story). Let us go to the new testament, we see women whom God used. We could even start from the gynealolgy of Jesus Christ. Note that 5 women are acknowledged? Tamar, Rahab, Ruth, Mother of Solomon, and Mary the biological mother of Jesus.  These were women that played very key roles in the biological lineage of The Lord. If God could use them, how can anyone think less of them? 

Sadly over the ages, a lot of factors like religion and culture has affected the way people even women  think about the role and purpose of the female species. This really breaks my heart. In so many countries and societies woman are seen as second class citizens with no value or importance at all! This is just wrong! God does not want this!! Its time for us to start understanding the role of women as God sees it and the only way to see this Is in Gods Word! We must study and discover the hidden riches and mysteries in The bible. Therein lies the truth.

Welcome spring!!!

I really love spring! I love the rain, the feel of the sun kissing my face and the warmth... Oh yes I almost forgot the flowers!!! I love the flowers. The smell of flowers everywhere just gets me so excited!!! Ohhhhh spring I can't wait to really spend most of my time with you wisely...enjoying your warmth and beauty and giving glory to The Lord who created you!!!

Dear friend are you so busy chasing after the glory and riches that this world can offer that you have forgotten the Unlimited divine blessings that Christ died on The Cross so that you could inherit? Have you been so consumed with the things of the world that The thought of heaven and the question of eternity seems to be an illusion.

Maybe you are too occupied with the toils of making it big that you have lost sight of what God considers a life well spent. Perhaps its the other side of The tracks of life that You are on. You know what track I speak of. The dark dangerous one, where death and eternal damnation is the final destination.

Well then dear friend I want you to know that those questions below are for you. They come from a Man who loves you more than you could ever imagine and only desires your good. His Name is Jesus Christ. He is the saviour of the world and the only one who can give you rest and peace.

Open your hearts and answer this question. Do you really care?

Happy new month everyone!!!! Song of Solomon 4:16

Its another new month and all I can say is Glory to Hossanah in The Highest!!! He is indeed a Faithful God!! Its March already!!! The 3rd month in the year! Remember 3 stands for resurrection and completeness? Christ died and was buried but on the 3rd day he arose from the grave, giving us the freedom from death and sin. He conquered death that we may live!!! Our King is resurrected!!! 

My prayers for us is that God continues to keep and direct us even as we march into a new month filled with all his blessings and testimonies for us in Jesus name. May every thing dead and lifeless in us experience life now in The Name above every other name. I also pray that the north and south winds blow into our lives and make our fragrances to be smelt from every corner most especially Heaven. 
May our lives glorify God in Jesus Name. Amen!
