Meal of the week....Peppered scrambled eggs

This is one of the easiest things to prepare. I like pepper a lot so I decided to use more of it instead of fresh milk which I use normally use hence my pepperd scrambled eggs not creamy scrambled eggs.


Ingredients.

1. 4-5 eggs

2. 1 onion chopped.

3. Fresh chilli

4. 1 tomatoe sliced

5. Spices

6. Glass of milk.. (Optional)

7. Curry powder.

8. Salt to taste.


Method. 

1. Break the eggs in a bowl. Add little salt and spice and whisk vigorously.

2. Add the pepper and curry powder and mix well too

3. Get a frying pan and pour out little oil. Leave it to heat up for a while.

4. Stir the tomatoes, onions, chilli and vegetables! 

5. Then after stir frying pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and mix well.

6. Serve with any snack of your choice.
